Payment due upon receipt to secure date and begin planning/booking.

Eligible for 50% refund of total invoice value as long as at least 14 days cancellation notice prior to event date is provided. Services booked 1-14 days in advance of the event date are non-refundable.

Risk of loss: Customer shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to its personal property, vehicles, and/or equipment in connection with the Event.

Overtime: If RS Strategic contractors are requested to stay past event end time, an additional invoice will be sent and due upon receipt upon completion of services. All late payments are subject to a $50 penalty fee per day.

Payment of invoice will be received as acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions.

Payment by credit card is subject to additional credit card processing fees of 2.9% for Visa/MasterCard/Discover and 3.4% for American Express.

A proposal may be subject to increases:

1. if RS Strategic must make accommodations in order to complete the job in the most efficient and professional way possible

2. in the event that the facts & items of the client’s event previously conveyed by the client in regard to guest/vehicle count, event permitting or parking permitting are inaccurate or changed by the client

3. if other changes made by the client or municipality in which the client’s event takes place occur
